Information on this site
The content on this site is general information about our services and about U.S. accounting, tax, and compliance. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice for your situation, and reading it does not make you a client. Rules change, and how they apply depends on your facts. We are not a law firm or a bank.
Becoming a client
Sending the contact form or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Each engagement is set out in a written engagement letter or proposal that describes the work, the fees, and each side’s responsibilities. If an engagement letter differs from these terms, the engagement letter controls.
Some services are sold through our dedicated sites, such as Easy LLC Setup and ITIN Solutions. An order placed on one of those sites is governed by that site’s own terms.
Prices
- Prices on this site are published in U.S. dollars.
- A “from” price becomes a firm quote, agreed in writing, before any work starts.
- State and government fees are passed through at cost and itemized. We never mark them up.
- Monthly services can be cancelled at any time. There is no annual lock-in.
We may update published prices. A price change never applies to work already quoted to you in writing.
Government and third-party decisions
We prepare and file on your behalf, but government agencies decide on registrations, tax IDs, and filings, and banks and payment processors decide on accounts. We cannot guarantee their decisions or their processing times.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate information and to respond to our questions in time for deadlines. Our work relies on what you provide. You remain responsible for your business’s decisions and for reviewing and approving returns and filings before they are submitted.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the contact form, trying to access it in ways it is not meant to be accessed, or copying its content for commercial use. The site’s text, design, and logos belong to Altavia Partners.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on general information on this site. Liability for client work is set out in the engagement letter for that work.

Personal and business information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
