For U.S.-based owners

FAQ

Common questions.

Is BOI reporting still required?

Not for companies created in the U.S. FinCEN's March 2025 interim final rule exempts U.S.-created companies and U.S. persons from beneficial ownership reporting. Companies formed under foreign law and registered to do business in a U.S. state must still report, though they do not report U.S. persons as beneficial owners. We confirm what applies to your entity, file if a report is required, and keep watching for further FinCEN changes.

What happens if I miss an annual report?

States charge penalties and eventually dissolve the entity administratively. We can file late reports and handle reinstatement.

Do you cover multiple states?

Yes. If you are foreign-qualified in several states, we track and file in each one.

Can you also be my registered agent?

Yes. Registered agent service pairs with compliance filings and is often bundled.
